At Diamond Assistant Solutions, we specialize in high-quality, non-phone administrative support during standard business hours to keep your operations running smoothly and aligned with your practice goals.
Non-Phone Task Coverage:
Our core services—including backend operations, payer communication, claims follow-up, and provider coordination—are managed during the following hours:Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
This ensures your workflows stay on track while your team focuses on delivering exceptional patient care.

No. Contract terms are mutually agreed upon and outlined in your service agreement, including details on early termination. We aim for flexibility to fit your evolving needs.

You will be assigned a primary assistant and a trained backup at no additional cost. The backup ensures seamless support during absences due to vacations or emergencies.
After 45 days, we review your workload:
If you’re on the Precision Care Package and require additional support, we can assign a second assistant.
For Elite or FlexCare Packages, upgrading your plan may better meet your needs than adding assistants.
Your backup typically functions as the second assistant, and while availability varies, we prioritize accommodating your preferences.

Unused hours do not roll over. Services operate on a monthly cycle, and any remaining hours expire at the end of each billing period. This encourages optimal use of your allotted time and maximizes your investment.

Simply notify us in writing via email or your client portal.
Requests received between the 1st and 15th of the month take effect the following month.
Requests made after the 15th take effect the month after that.

Lachelle will personally manage all Medical Billing & Coding accounts during this service’s launch phase to ensure the highest quality and client satisfaction.
With extensive experience as a Medical Provider Representative and Reimbursement Specialist—handling CPT/ICD-10 codes and claims research—Lachelle is currently completing her formal billing & coding certification.
Once the service is fully operational and client-approved, certification opportunities will be extended to interested team members.
